Volunteer roles and responsibilities

Assist with setting up tents, chairs, decorations, and signage before the festival begins.

Direct vehicles to designated areas and assist the traffic flow. Guide guests on parking and available spaces.

Assist with sound system setup and troubleshoot technical issues during dance performances. Manage backstage operations to ensure smooth transitions between performances.

Should speak fluent Khmer and English. Offer a friendly and welcoming demeanor to create a positive experience. Provide accurate information to attendees about the event, schedule, and location of facilities. Be knowledgeable about event policies, emergency procedures, and contact information.

Help dismantle equipment, decorations, and signage at the end of the festival. Assist with trash collection, recycling, and general cleanup.
